If a price is listed incorrectly by mistake, we are not obliged to sell the product at that price. However, we will withdraw the product from sale until the price is corrected.
In the event that the stone is unavailable, a stone of similar or higher grade *may be offered or a refund of the purchase price (Terms & Conditions apply).
If you place an order at an incorrect price, we will inform you of the error before processing the order and give you the choice to continue with the order at the correct price, or cancel it.
If a price seems unusually low, to prevent any issues please ask one of our sales staff to confirm if the price is listed correctly.
All of our products are custom made and therefore may take between four to six weeks to be completed, once payments have been received and the CAD (Computer Aided Design) has been approved by the customer.
Quotes for custom made orders are only valid for 30 days. Prices for items on our website may change on a daily basis, due to the value of exchange rate.
Returns
Purchasers acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms and conditions in relation to any contract for the sale and purchase of the goods, is signified by the purchaser approving or processing the sale.
Authorisation must be obtained before any goods are returned to Royal Diamonds. Any Claim issued, will be in writing.
If any goods obtained by the purchaser do not correlate to, or are not the goods ordered by the purchaser or if a defect exist in any goods and that defect occurred or existed prior to receipt by the purchaser, the purchaser may return the goods in accordance with the following terms;
Royal Diamonds will issue an authority for the return of the goods, provided that the request for such returns is made by the purchaser, within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Goods returned must be in a "as new condition" (Or at least in a condition no worse than the condition in which they were received by the purchaser).
Returns will not be accepted in the following conditions:
- Soiled, Marked or otherwise damaged
- Where instruction books, guarantee books, certificates and presentation boxes are not returned with the goods
- Where the goods are refunded due to an incorrect decision.
- Rings which carry a centre diamond, outside of these characteristics:
a) Over 1ct
b) Under 1ct but has: - a colour of “H or Less”, - or a clarity “SI1 or less”, - or a cut “Good or less”, - or a Florescence “Faint or more”.
c) With a different certification other than a GIA certificate.
d) That are other than round and princess shapes.
If the purchaser returns any goods to Royal Diamonds, which do not satisfy these terms, such goods may be re-delivered by Royal Diamonds at the purchaser's expense.
Defective / incorrect custom orders are bound by our Guarantee Policy, in which they are rectified in a timely manner.
Custom orders are guaranteed by a 24 month period, valid only upon the item being checked every 6 months by a qualified jeweller.
Special / Custom orders will have a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order amount.
As a company policy, earrings, nose rings, body piercings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
