Royal Diamonds is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes can differ from order to order, due to the custom nature of our products. Our delivery timeframes range from 4 to 6 weeks.

All of our products are custom made. We should always be able to fulfil your order, however, in the highly unlikely event that we cannot complete your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
