What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard only) and eftpos.

Once the payment has been processed, how long until I receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, upon CAD approval, (there may be a further delay during Christmas and holiday seasons) 

Does the final price include shipping and GST?

GST is included in the final price.

Do you offer a cash discount on purchases?
Unfortunately not. We sell our products at a competitive, fixed price.

Customer Satisfaction

What if I need my item sooner than the standard turnaround time of 4-6 weeks?
We understand that their maybe times when you would require your item earlier than the standard turnaround time.  If you do require your item sooner than our advised turnaround time, this may be organized, depending on the product, however a surcharge will apply for moving up the production line.

How do I know that the centre diamond i purchase is authentic?
We only supply certified diamonds, and we highly recommend that you choose a GIA Certified diamond. All of our Diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free. 

What if I need help placing an order? 
We have friendly staff, waiting for your call to assist you. Simply call us, during our business hours of 10:30am - 5:30pm (AEST). Alternatively, please send us an email and one of our sales staff will be happy to assist you.

What if i don't know her ring size?
Our Ring Size Chart can help you find the right size.

Our 30 day money back guarantee only applies to diamonds, within the following range:
